Refund policy.

All sales final

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds after purchase except in the cases below.

Refused shipments

If you reject the shipment upon arrival and have it shipped back to our warehouse unopened, we will refund the original payment method upon receipt at our warehouse, less shipping costs.

Defective or wrong-item shipments

We replace or refund without question. Email sales@nnlgroup.co with a photo of the item and your order number. Return shipping covered.

Refund timing

Refunds typically reflect on the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item back at our warehouse. Return transit time is at the discretion of USPS, who handles return shipping.
