Discreet packaging — always

Every NRT order ships in a plain, unmarked USPS mailer. No logos, no branding visible from the outside — just a courier label. The return address reads "NRT Wellness." No invoice goes in the box. See /pages/discretion.

Where we ship

United States and Canada only. International expansion is on the roadmap.

Rates & speed

• USA Standard: $8 flat. Free on orders over $150. Delivery 3–5 business days.
• USA "I Want It Now" Express: $19.99 (selectable at checkout). Delivery 1–2 business days.
• Canada: $21.99 flat, all provinces and territories. No free threshold. Delivery 4–9 business days.

Canadian customers: customs and duties are not collected at checkout — any applicable charges are assessed by CBSA on arrival.

Dispatch

Orders ship within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays) from our USA fulfillment partner.
