Returns · The short version
All sales final.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds after purchase — with two exceptions below.
Refused shipments. If you reject the parcel on arrival and have it shipped back to our warehouse unopened, we will refund the original payment method on receipt at our warehouse, less shipping costs.
Defective or wrong-item shipments. We replace or refund without question. Email sales@nnlgroup.co with a photo of the item and your order number. Return shipping covered.
Refunds typically reflect on the original card within 5–10 business days after we receive the item back at our warehouse. Return transit time is at the discretion of USPS, who handles return shipping.
