Where we ship

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. If your address can't be selected at checkout, we can't ship there yet.

Every order ships in a plain, unmarked package with no product names or branding on the outside.

Billing

Charges appear under a discreet business name.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Lost, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, email sales@nnlgroup.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. See our Refund policy for details.
