Not Regular Toys (NRT) is an online adult store operated by 2416315 Alberta Ltd., 6D - 7398 Yonge St, Unit #592, Thornhill ON L4J 8J2, Canada. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Eighteen and over

You have to be at least 18 to buy from us. Placing an order is your confirmation. We will not knowingly ship to anyone underage.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in USD, excluding sales tax where it applies. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is charged at checkout. If we list something at the wrong price we will tell you before it ships.

3. Shipping

Orders ship in a plain, unmarked package. Shipping rates and available destinations are shown at checkout. See the Shipping policy for details.

4. Returns

All sales are final for hygiene reasons. If an item arrives defective, damaged, wrong or not as ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video, and we will send a replacement or refund your original payment method. You only send the item back if we ask, and then we cover return shipping. See the Refund policy.

5. Discretion

Orders ship in a plain, unmarked package. Charges appear under a discreet business name.

6. Product info

Product listings reflect information from the manufacturer. If you spot an error, please let us know.

7. Liability

2416315 Alberta Ltd. is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages from using a product. Our maximum liability is what you paid for the item.
